Bombers Physical Training was founded in 2019 by Tom, a former Royal Marines Commando with a background in competitive swimming, and a passion for physical development.
In February 2020, Bombers welcomed a new instructor. Rachel has been a qualified fitness instructor for over 5 years, and has extensive experience leading multiple classes locally.
To create a friendly environment for the local community to improve every aspect of their health and fitness, in a more cost effective way than 1-1 personal training.
“Upon leaving the Royal Marines, I sought to make a positive impact in my community by bringing my love for physical training to those around me. Having trained in a group environment for many years, I know the value in getting together to exercise. The social and competitive elements alongside the added accountability are key to making results and maintaining motivation. Quite simply it is my aim to help as many people as possible to get active and stay active, and to inspire a healthy lifestyle – for body and mind.”
