Quite simply, teaming up with a coach will 10x your chance of reaching your health and fitness goals.
1. We'll invite you along for a 'no sweat intro' - Take a look around our facility, and talk to a coach about your health and fitness goals, time requirements, and limitations. We will advise you of your options, and give you the opportunity to book in your first session with a coach.
This chat is completely free and there's no obligation to sign up to anything, at the very least you'll leave with some great advice to take forward on your journey.
2. In your first session, your coach will assess some key aspects of your fitness:
Your coach will advise the best course of action and you'll decide a plan together.
3. Each 60 minute appointment is arranged between you and your coach to suit your schedule.
You may have a preconceived view that a personal training session is just a trainer yelling at you to work harder, but with our coaches this couldn't be further from the truth.
It's our goal with any new client to develop enough knowledge and confidence that private coaching is no longer required - although you may choose to book an appointment with your coach occasionally to keep on track in the long run!
Training isn't meant to be easy. But getting there shouldn't be hard. We're easily accessible just off the A379 with private parking on site.
