Dylan is a passionate athlete and up-and-coming coach, currently expanding his expertise through British Olympic Weightlifting Level 1 & 2 and Functional Fitness Level 1 certifications. With seven years of diverse training experience, he has developed a well-rounded skill set—combining aerobic capacity, gymnastics fundamentals, and weightlifting technique—that has carried him through CrossFit competitions at scaled and intermediate levels. While he brings a competitive edge when needed, his true drive comes from the process of continuous improvement.
