Emily is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 3 Sports Therapist with a passion for strength, performance, and injury prevention. Whether your goal is to build muscle, improve mobility, or recover from an injury, Emily combines expert coaching and hands-on therapy to help you move better, train smarter, and perform at your best.
Beyond the gym, Emily serves as an RNLI lifeguard, demonstrating her commitment to fitness, resilience, and safety. She also competes in powerlifting, bringing firsthand experience in strength training and performance optimisation to her coaching.
