With over 15 years in the fitness industry, Hollie brings a wealth of experience and a science-backed approach to coaching. Holding a First-Class BSc in Sport Science, alongside certifications in Personal Training, Pre & Post Natal Exercise, Soft Tissue Therapy, and Nutritional Coaching, she takes a holistic approach to health, performance, and rehabilitation.
Hollie has worked across holiday camps, health clubs, physiotherapy clinics, and commercial gyms, before transitioning to mobile personal training and ultimately finding her home at Bombers in 2024. Having worked with a diverse range of clients, she understands that fitness is personal—trends may come and go, but consistency and individualised training are the key to long-term success.
Growing up, Hollie competed in horse riding and dance, developing a love for movement that still influences her training today. Now, she balances strength training, off-road running, and family life with her husband and two small children—proof that fitness should work for you, not the other way around!
