The movements and drills are similar to our functional fitness classes, but the intensity is reduced with longer rest periods. This class is suitable for the complete exercise novice, but don't be fooled - you'll be able to push your limits as your confidence grows!

Training isn't meant to be easy. But getting there shouldn't be hard. We're easily accessible just off the A379 with private parking on site.
